They are aimed at understanding the attitude, behaviours, skills and tools that are used by some of the worlds most respected and influential managers and leaders.
Our content covers tried and tested management theory all the way through to innovative leadership techniques and practices; as well as the personal experiences of our trainers who have decades of real-life leadership and management practice.
Ultimately our courses aim to focus, inspire and educate delegates on their journey to becoming a skilled, experienced and effective leader of human effort.

Our Education Process

STEP 1 : LEADERSHIP DISCOVERY
❖ We start by assessing the leaders personality and natural behavioural style which provides valuable personal insight for the delegates and the business.
❖ The education sessions will be tailored to delegates needs based on the results of a discovery conducted using a mix of calls & survey data.

STEP 2 : PRE-SESSION COMMS
❖ An email to all attendees setting out expectations for the education sessions, the rules we’ll follow and a little bit of work to be done beforehand and brought to the first session. This is typically sent around three working days prior to the first education session.

STEP 3 : EDUCATION SESSIONS
❖ The education sessions are delivered over two days either in-house or at another suitable location.
❖ We provide all materials, hand-outs, exercises and take-home plans and training resources.

STEP 4 : FOLLOW-UP & REPORT
❖ We will arrange a follow up call with
candidates.
❖ We will talk through their plans, challenges, successes and barriers to promote that what’s learned is put into practice and supports their journey.
